Each year, the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) debuts its annual Kitchen & Bath Trends Reports. Comprised of data generated from a survey of hundreds of kitchen and bath industry professionals, the reports provide a comprehensive look into the current and upcoming trends in residential kitchen & bath design that will have the biggest impact in 2026 and beyond.
With pages of data from a leading association, the reports have become highly anticipated resources for media, including trade, shelter and lifestyle publications. This year, the trends media were most interested in included top colors and materials, and designing for wellness and functionality.
Since the reports launched in September (Kitchen) and November (Bath) 2025, Sharp has secured more than 120 stories generating 1.25 billion impressions.
