Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), is home to some of the country’s leading sports medicine physicians and psychologists, experts in keeping our athletes both physically and mentally healthy. As the Olympic Games approached this July, Sharp leveraged the timely event to showcase the expertise of these HSS doctors and help educate the public about the ongoing competitions, including what it takes to be an athlete at the elite level.

As a result of these efforts, Sharp secured over 63.8 million media impressions with coverage focused on both the emotional and the physical side of training for the Olympics and all the challenges along the way. Specific story examples include: Verywell Mind on the mental health of Olympic athletes, a story in INSIDER on the three most difficult Olympics sports, and another story with INSIDER on the sports with the highest risk of injury.
