The past several months have driven new changes to virtually every aspect of PR. We’ve been challenged to re-think our traditional methods to conduct media relations, even the basic fundamental of developing personal relationships with journalists. WIth trade shows cancelled, and “meeting in person” not available, Sharp quickly pivoted to virtual ways to connect with the media.

To support Bertazzoni’s new product launches - more than 100 product introductions - we shifted to a series of digital desk sides (or “1x1 meetings” with editors), reaching top-tier media who cover architecture & design, shelter, lifestyle, and more. The meetings were an important way for Valentina Bertazzoni, who is based in Italy, to connect with North American media to share the product news, insights on trends, and more.

We were thrilled to see some of our favorite faces: Carisha Swanson of House Beautiful, Jami Supsic of HGTV Magazine, Lila Allen of Metropolis, Danielle Blundell of Apartment Therapy, and 5 editors (a Sharp “first!”) from House & Home. We even met a new editor, PRODUCTS Magazine’s Caroline Broderick, who has been the first to announce the news: Bertazzoni Adds More than 100 Products, Nearly Doubling its Portfolio.”
