It’s May, which means the temperatures are getting warmer and the arts scene in Palm Beach is hot. The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County kicked off its MOSAIC (“Month of Shows, Arts, Ideas and Culture”) campaign this month, which celebrates the arts & culture sector and promotes local institutions, many of which offer discounts, deals, and special programming. 

A “mosaic” is a fitting way to describe our team’s PR & Social support--a strategy consisting of multiple components coming together to create a work of (PR) art.



Our publicity efforts are focused at the regional & local levels, and we conducted proactive media outreach to generate coverage in drive markets: standouts include Florida Weekly (editions in Palm Beach and Naples), and Miami Curated. Leveraging a FAM Trip experience, we hosted a journalist from Tampa Bay Parenting, who chronicled her experience at multiple organizations (with her little ones in tow!). Additionally, we layered in media partnerships to yield broadcast segments in key markets, promoting MOSAIC in Miami (NBC) and Orlando (CBS).

Drive market influencers added to the buzz, as we hosted Dana Harvey (Port St. Lucie), Emilie Sobel (Miami), and Alexandra Ferraro (Tampa), each sharing their Insta-worthy experiences at the various arts & culture organizations.

What’s more, we provided PR & Social support for the Council’s special pop-up performances, producing headline coverage in The Palm Beach Post, Palm Beach Daily News and Florida Weekly.In total, the combined PR and influencer efforts yielded more than 1.6M impressions for MOSAIC. Bravo, team!
