Palm Beach has just dialed up its design quotient. That is, the 2021 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach has launched, with 20 of the nation’s most talented design firms transforming spaces with a dazzling array of design trends. Sharp has been hard at work behind-the-scenes, driving the PR and social media promotions. The results have started to come in...and they’re just as fabulous as the house itself.
Some national media highlights include feature stories in Veranda, ADPro, House Beautiful, Elle Decor, Forbes, Domino, Galerie, Designers Today, and more. Local media has gotten in on the action in a big way, too: the Palm Beach Daily News published a multi-page feature of the show house in print--featuring every single space--with the online version viewable here. The news also hit televisions all over the county, with segments running on both WPTV (NBC) and FOX 29. Additional regional and local coverage includes Modern Luxury Palm Beach, Palm Beach Social Diary, and Florida Weekly.
Social media for the event started off with a colorful peek into the show house with renderings, mood boards, and designer insights on this year’s latest trends and design tips. Instagram stories were created in partnership with Veranda to give a behind-the-scenes look into the final installation. On site, Sharp was able to bring the event to life with a designer “Fave Five” Series that highlighted stand out pieces and also created Instagram Reels to showcase before and after transformations. Social channels are demonstrating a strong level of engagement and growth, with Instagram follower growth hitting 7% in less than three months.
