1stdibs is a leading luxury e-commerce platform, and most recently, the company expanded to a brick-and-mortar retail channel. The launch of the 1stdibs Gallery in 2019 presented a significant opportunity to generate brand awareness, attract new audiences, and promote the company’s authority in the luxury market.

Our Solution

Sharp developed a comprehensive PR campaign that leveraged several moments-in-time tied to the Gallery launch. Leading up to the grand opening, we secured an exclusive in The New York Times to unveiled the 45,000-square-foot space. Following this, Sharp created media tours, supported the VIP launch event, and led a pitching blitz to generate widespread media coverage in architecture & design, shelter, luxury lifestyle, business, real estate, regional/local news, and more.
