She hails from the land of beer, brats and cheese, but don’t let that fool you. This Wisconsin native, I mean “Spartan,” is all about the trappings that come from living in the media capital of the world. She got her start here as an intern and did such a good job that the Public Relations Department hired her full time—not bad for a self-proclaimed cheesehead. Elizabeth continues to impress, learning the in and outs of the shelter and design categories while securing some pretty serious press. It’s not easy to keep up with her given her penchant for coffee (she ran a coffeehouse), the New York Road Runners (ran a half marathon) and the fast world of fashion, but then again, getting up to speed has never been a concern for her.
